Monologues for men
Pastor Cliff:
WHOOOO! Gloray Hallelujah! Gloray! Gloray! MONICA come here daughter. (Monica stands where she is) I want to thank you for the excellent job you did with putting all of this together for us. It’s hard to believe that it’s been a short year since you have been a part of the ministry and all that you have overcome. Look at God! God has cleaned her up and if you want to here a praise report, MONICA and Elder Sean are engaged to be married. Somebody shout glory!!!!! I hear the Holy Spirit speaking to me, yes father (pause), yes I understand. God is telling me that it is time to get your house in order. It's time to clean house. There are some who came here today ready to shed some things. Glory hallelujah. It’s time to bring it to the feet of God.
Michael:
First of all, you don't own me. You benefit because I gave you six years of my life. You benefit because I gave you and God my best. I will start from scratch. It will not be said that I "stole" people from your church. This is not the church I joined. This is a cult. And you, when you’re in front of the camera it’s like you’re running some religious Ponzi scheme filling people with false hope and lies. Everybody in this room sees it and knows it, but they’re too afraid to saying anything because their livelihood is tied to you and this ministry.
Darryl:
You need something fresh or else people will continue to leave. People are afraid to say anything to you. Others have shared their concerns with me. They came to me and I didn't want to ignore their concerns. You need to take some classes or read some books on how to build a church. The people are tired of “truth”. These days, they want something else. They need some “FRESH FIYA”. The point of this meeting is to find out your plans for me? When I joined, I told you all of the gifts and talents I brought to the table, but you have not used me yet. All we have done is work with the children. Honestly, I'm trying to be patient with you.
Ethan:
I now understand exactly why people leave the church and never return (Pause) I thought this place was real, but now I see it's no different every other crooked church. Your actions are disgusting and have cursed this whole church. I understand why Elder Mike left now. This place is run like the mafia and I now know Jesus isn't in this. God is going to deal with you for the pain you have caused but I won't be around to see it!
BJ (monologue for boys ages 12-17):
No, I don’t understand why something always comes up. You came to only one of my games this year because of this church. Something always comes up. When are you going to spend time with me? When are you going to actually care about me? You spend more time at the church than you do you own family.

monologues for women:
Monica:
I can't believe that we are having this conversation. A year ago, you were praying that I would go to church. Now that I go to church, you say I go too much. You are just bitter because of what happened at your old church. Why can't you be happy for me! I am doing something with my life and all you want to do is complain? I have real friends that care about me now. They are closer to me than my own family. This ministry has changed my life. I am a different person because of this church.
Aunt Betty:
I know how much ministering means to you, but I am concerned about how much time you are spending at church. Just hear me out. It's good that you want to share your gifts and talents with others, but you spend all day, everyday at the church. Even God took a day off. I haven’t seen you in three days. I’m not complaining! I’m only warning you. Don’t let your relationship with the “church” replace your relationship with Christ.
Janice:
This is moving too fast. Something doesn’t feel right about this process. This man founded this church and you are talking about getting rid of him. Even if he is guilty, you haven’t even discussed restoration. Now, I don’t have the authority to vote on these matters and that has should be taken up with the Elders, but I sense there is more to this story. Something isn’t right about this and I pray you are being led by the Spirit.
Ashley (monologue for girls ages 12-17):
No, I don’t understand why something always comes up. You came to only one of my dance cheerleading competitions this year because of this church. Something always comes up. When are you going to spend time with me? When are you going to actually care about me? You spend more time at the church than you do you own family.
