REGISTRATION GUIDELINES & CANCELLATION POLICY:
CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IF YOU PAID YOUR BALANCE IF FULL UPFRONT FOR TWO DAYS 
A. If you wish to cancel your registration and you have paid your balance in full upfront for two days, you will receive a full refund if the notice is received by email no later than Saturday, December 29th 2018.  


B. If you want to cancel for the "Jan 12th session", but still want to come to the "Jan 26th session", You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, if you cancel before January 4th. No refund for the "Jan 12th session" will be given if you cancel starting January 5th. 

C.  If you want to cancel for the "Jan 26th session", but still want to come to the "Jan 12th session", You will receive a 50% refund of the total amount paid, if you cancel before January 18th. No refund for the Jan 26th session will be given if you cancel starting January 19th. 

D. There are no refunds for any "no-shows".

*If you wish to use your refund as credit toward acting classes or a future workshop, please let us know. Starting January 5th, no "Jan 12th Session" cancellation can be credited towards future classes or workshops. Starting January 19th, no "Jan 26th Session" cancellation can be credited towards future classes or workshops.

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IF YOU PAID A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT FIRST, AND THEN PAID THE BALANCE IN FULL
A. If you've paid a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot for the "Jan 12th Session", and then completed the remaining balance, You will only receive a refund for the "remaining balance" that you've paid, if you cancel by Jan 4th. For example, if you reserved your seat for $75, but then later on paid the remaining balance of $85, you will only receive the refund for the $85 if you cancel by Jan 4th for the "Jan 12th Session". Starting January 5th, no refund for a "Jan 12th session" cancellation.


B. If you've paid a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot for the "Jan 26th Session", and then completed the remaining balance, You will only receive a refund for the "remaining balance" that you've paid, if you cancel by Jan 18th. Starting January 19th, no refund for a "Jan 26th session" cancellation.


CANCELLATION POLICY FOR IF YOU ONLY PAID A NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT
A. If you reserved your seat with a non-refundable deposit for the "Jan 12th Session", you can receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours from the time that you purchased. Starting December 30th, no deposits will be refunded for any "January 12th Session" cancellations. 
Starting January 12th, no deposits will be refunded for any "January 26tth Session" cancellations.
